Dr. Lemelman has spent over a decade focused exclusively on transforming lives through body contouring and image improvements. After completing his training at one of the most prestigious hospitals in the country, The University of Chicago Medical Center, he chose to build a practice around a single idea — the patient is the center of his universe. At One Liposuction, each patient is treated with dignity and respect, with safety and honesty as our core mission.
He has performed thousands of surgeries and is recognized for his meticulous technique, natural-looking results, and commitment to patient safety. His approach is relaxed, meditative, detailed, and always centered on what is right for each individual patient. Dr. Lemelman is a speaker at regional and national plastic surgery conferences, and he coaches other plastic surgeons on surgical techniques and growing a practice.

At One Liposuction, we ensure the safety of patients by partnering with a few standing hospital, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, to deliver a wide selection of body contouring procedures in the safest setting possible. We specialize in liposuction and body contouring — and that specialization is the foundation of everything we do.
